ROES won’t start

Please follow these steps to delete ROES.
If you need the link to re-install ROES, please contact the lab.
1. Delete the app from the applications folder
Finder->Go->Applications find GTAPhoto.app and delete it.
2. Delete the GTA Imaging icon from your desktop
GTAPhoto.app.alias
3. Finder - Downloads Folder - search for
launch.dmg
Move to Trash
3. Go
Go to Folder
~/.ROESEngineCache
Highlight all files and folders and Move to Trash.
4. Go
Go to Folder
~/.roescache
Click Go.
The contents of the .roescache folder will be displayed.
Highlight all files and folders and Move to Trash.
5. Go
Go to Folder
~/.GTAPhoto
- Click Go.
***Warning: The .GTAPhoto folder contains prior sent orders, autosaved orders and saved favorites or packages.
If you feel the need to retain information then copy/move the folder to the desktop rather then the trash
- Highlight all files and folders and Move to Trash.
6. Reinstall ROES
It should then install and start correctly.
If there is still a failure, copy the GTAPhoto.app file into your Applications folder and try to execute it from there.

1.Go to the Control Panel
All Control Panel Items - Programs - Program and Features (uninstall a program)
GTA Imaging - right Click - Uninstall (If Windows complains that it can’t remove it, continue to the next steps).
2. Windows Explorer (Yellow Folder Icon)
At the top of the Screen you will see "File, Home, Share, View"
- Click on VIEW
- Check the box "Hidden Items"

ProgramData
SWROES folder - Right Click -delete it.
4. C:\ Drive
ProgramData
ROES - Right Click - Delete
OR
Program Files (x86)\ROES - Right Click - Delete
5. C:\ Drive
Users
"Your Login Name"
AppData
a) Roaming - ROES - Right Click - Delete
b) Local - Temp - delete all files that start with "RWSCleanup"
6. C:\ Drive
Users
"Your Login Name"
.roescache Folder
GTAPhoto Folder - right Click, and delete
7. C:\ Drive

.GTAPhoto Folder

Download and re-install ROES
C. I use AVG AntiVirus
AVG may prevent ROES from connecting to the internet and executing the program.
