Shipping FAQ

  • Orders can be picked up at the following locations:

    GTA IMAGING - Monday to Friday (Toronto)

    Images 21 - Tuesday to Sunday (Ajax)

    Cave Art - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (Burlington)

    You can select one of these locations in ROES at no extra charge.

  • We carefully package each order before shipping. In the event you receive an order which is damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately so we may address the issue and remake the order.

    Where possible, please email us a picture of the damage and all packaging materials. Shipping is outside of our control, therefore, we will only be responsible for remaking the order within our normal service times. Any additional rush shipping costs will be at your expense.

  • Drop Shipping is available! We do not include any invoices or paperwork in the parcel and an administrative fee of $3.50 will be added to the shipping cost.

    To have your order drop shipped, simply select it in shipping options after you have completed and sent your order in ROES. Once you hit ‘next’, ROES will prompt you to enter the Recipient’s name and address.

  • We currently only ship within Canada.

General Info

Shipping charges vary depending on the client’s location and the size of the order.

Orders may be combined for shipping if:

  1. Orders are placed on the same day.

  2. You are permitted to combine 3 ROES numbers/orders (exceptions apply)

  3. Combined shipping must be indicated in the Shopping Cart (please list your order as Ship 1/2/3 and Part 1/2/3 according to how many orders there are)

  4. Exceptions include Albums 10x10 and larger, Framed Prints and Oversized items

NOTE: Combined shipping charges - Shipping charges will appear on each ROES order. We will adjust your total before charging your credit card. Your final invoice will be emailed to your on the day your order ships out and should reflect the adjusted price.

Oversize shipping prices will apply to items 16x24 and up.

30x40 shipping price will be by FedEx Ground - on a quotation basis.

Shipping CANNOT BE CHANGED once the order has reached production. This is because all shipping arrangements and waybills are scheduled when orders are placed.

  • Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or FedEx Ground

  • FedEx Express is available by quotation

  • Tracking numbers are emailed by all Shipping Service providers

If you have no received a tracking number, please contact us with your Studio name and ROES number.

Shipping rates are based on your subtotal of each order.

Drop shipping to clients with no invoice is available.
