Payment

All orders are payable at time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac EMT for online orders. For pick up orders, we also accept payment by cash and debit, however, we require a credit card number to be on file with us. Sorry, we do not offer any past due accounts. Please note that any declines will delay production & shipment of your order until a valid credit card is given to us.

What types of Photographic Paper do you print on?

We print EXCLUSIVELY on ARCHIVAL paper for our photographic prints. Our most popular paper among Portrait & Wedding Photographers is the Fuji Professional PD Lustre. The Fuji PD Lustre has a slight sheen (between matte and glossy) with a slight pebbled texture. Fuji Deep Matte & Pearl Metallic is also available.

Trimming for Nonstandard Sizes

Nonstandard sizes can be accommodated in most cases, however there will be a $1 trim fee for each nonstandard print.

Shipping Information

Shipping

Shipping charges vary depending on the client’s location and size of order.

Orders may be combined for shipping if:
1. Orders are placed on the same day
2. You are permitted to combine up to 3 ROES numbers/orders
3. Combined shipping must be indicated on the first ROES.

Shipping Instructions for 1 ROES order and Part 1 and combined multiple shipping instructions CANNOT BE CHANGED once the order has been placed. This is because all shipping arrangements and waybills are scheduled when orders are placed.

  • Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or FedEx Ground.

  • FedEx Express is available by quotation.

  • Tracking numbers are e-mailed for all shipments.

If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us with your Studio name and ROES number.

Shipping rates are based on your subtotal of each order. Any individual ROES order over $150 qualifies for free shipping by Canada Post Expedited service. Minimum shipping charge is $8 and maximum shipping charge is $11. All combine shipping with each order under $150 will have shipping charge.

In some scenarios, an additional oversize fee of $5 (24x36) or $10 (30x40) is applicable. The largest size available for shipping is 30x40. For further details, please contact us.

Can you Drop Ship to my Clients?

Yes! Drop shipping is available, no invoices or paperwork will be included in parcel. The Drop ship administrative fee is $3.50 in addition to the shipping cost.

Shipping Damage

We carefully package each order before shipping. Should you receive an order which is damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may remake your order.
Where possible, please email us a picture of the damage and all packaging materials. Shipping is outside of our control, and therefore, we will only be responsible for remaking the order within our normal service times. Any additional rush shipping costs will be at your expense.

Do you have another location that I can pick up my orders from?

Orders can be picked up at either GTA Imaging (Mon-Sat), in Whitby (Imagine That - FRI Am) and in Burlington (Cave Art MON PM, THURS PM) at no extra charge

Is there a minimum order fee?

Orders under $10 will now incur a minimum order fee of $3.50 PER ORDER whether by ROES/Ftp/Email. This fee is to cover costs of software usage, paperwork, and packaging. The $10 minimum cannot be combined between orders from different categories.

Ex. One 4x6 print order cannot be combined with a standout order to meet the $5 minimum. This is because each order is printed separately, packaged separately, and has its own work order within production. Please help us to keep costs down by ordering at least $10 worth of prints in each order.

I need to cancel an order that I just submitted what should I do?

Please contact the Lab As soon as possible after submitting your order. Orders are processed next business day in the AM. Please call 416-630-7831 or e-mail info@gtaimaging.com.

Remakes

If we have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately so that your order may be corrected and/or replaced. We will remake only for the same image and finishing services ordered the first time. Any changes can only be made by placing a new order and will be charged to you. Shipment will be made by the same method as the original order.

Refunds

If our clients finds our products are not satisfactory, we reserve the right to remake the order or to issue a store credit.  The unsatisfactory product(s) must be returned to GTA Imaging Inc.
